Simrin Player
This kid is really amazing. She appeared in wilow’s whip my hair, shakira’s waka waka, step up 3 and several others. Her dance moves are killing me right now, I've seen all her videos on Youtube and this is one of my favorites her
My All Time Favorite Movies
5th on the list THE TWILIGHT SERIES [2007- Present]
Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, they are all great. My favorite casts are Jane [Dakota Fanning] Alice Cullen [Ashley Green]. They do awesome! Yea and Bella [Kristen Stewart] too.
Twilight [favorite scene]- the baseball game. I love the effects, and how Victoria and her crooks “slided” in.
New Moon [favorite scene]- The wolves chasing of Victoria. It all started when she was on the tree trying to attack Bella’s dad and that wolf old guy. The song at the background “hearing damage” by Thom Yorke. It all made the scene perfect.
Eclipse [favorite scene]- hmmmmmm, I don’t really have a favorite scene, maybe I didn’t enjoy eclipse that much. Maybe the scene where the Cullens were training on how to kill the rogue vampires? Dunno, the effects weren’t bad.
Owh, and if you haven’t seen the movie “Vampires Suck”, you better do. I wasn’t laughing hard but it’s a must watch if you’re a twilight fan, it’d bring smiles on your face.
4th on the list TITANIC [1997]
So I have a couple of friends who watched titanic in 2009 because of avatar, really? Relax things are about to sound weirder, and I have some who still haven’t seen it yet, NO JOKE! And some who haven’t heard of it at A-L-L. Why I’m I not surprised? [lol] ….did such a great job and it feels okay to beat your own record than someone else beating it… though I never saw AVATAR taking over from Titanic [Movie Of All Time]. Everyone wanted to see Avatar because it had weird aliens that are 3D and really looked like humans in it, I don’t think the storyline was too great, like great enough to beat Titanic? Neeh, didn’t think so.
3rd on the list ANNIE [1982]
A very classic movie! What surprises me is that it was made in the 80’s, it looks to me like a 50 movie. Annie has a great voice, owh, I haven’t checked her out yet, like what movies she’s been up too, how old she is now….. But the movie is great and really deserves to be in my top 5.
2nd on the list A WALK TO REMEMBER [2002]
Mandy Moore and Shane West did so awesome in this movie…. Nicholas Sparks is such a great writer, he’s other books, THE NOTEBOOK. Nicholas must have been a very deep lover [lol] cause he knows how to work his way through romantic settings and you’ll never get bored.
1st on the list SOUND OF MUSIC [1965]
“Maria….makes me….laugh! AHAHAHAHA” I looooooooooooooove this movie so so much. When I grow up, me and my kids will watch it together, my grandchildren and my great grandchildren. All the songs are great and Maria can really sing. When I was little, I always wanted to be a Vontrap kid, I remember my whole family will have to sing and dance along with me or I’d cry. So whenever I’m like “mom, let’s do sound of music” , everyone goes “owh yea, yea not again” [in low tones so I can’t hear] ha! I can’t guarantee but I think my grandchildren and greatgrandchildren are gonna suffer the same thing from me…. HA!

The outfit was almost the exact copy of Mother London's leather harness, oh boy

What I've Been Up too!
Since the mid-semester exams are over and the pressure is off for a bit, I’ve been catching up with my TV shows!
If you don’t watch Nikita, you are totally off the HYPE BOAT, a hit series right now. It’s action, to be precise, feminine action. Lyndsy Fonseca is so so so awesome. Dear me, I can’t believe its Shane, he’s all grown up, you remember back on A WALK REMEMBER ? [My 2nd favorite movie and my No.1 is] I read on wiki Nikita aired some time back in the 90’s when I was either watching Seseme Street or Bob The Builder but stopped due to low ratings or something, can’t remember. IT’S JUST SOOOOOO AWSOME!
Oh Em Gee, what is this whole deal with Ben the Jail dude? him and all that comes with him is boring, including Juliet!! This saga is such a BORE, LET IT GET OVER ALREADY!
OMG, the story couldn’t go any more exciting, EVERY SECOND of it IS FUN!!! And the ORIGINALS, I get the chills all over. This is the BEST VAMPIRE STORY EVER WRITTEN!
I’m #TeamKatherine and #TeamDamon BTW.
I wanted Liam to beat the crap outta Jasper, ok he did, but I wanted him DEAD! I hope he stays paralyzed forever [nothing personal…LOL, it’s a TV show I know]. Silver is way better without Teddy though, HA! And mehn, Dixon, I wish he broke his leg rather than Teddy [now this is personal, HE CAN’T ACT]. Silver’s haircut is so so cute I wanna cut mine too. Annie and Liam would have made a cute couple….. awwww, Liam fucked up! Naomi, poor girl.
#TeamSilver
So I got the season one DVD and I still haven’t seen the whole of episode one. These whole singing slash dancing thing just doesn’t do it for me. Everyone talks glee but I don’t seem to hear it. I’ll try to finish it up during the Christmas holidays though *sigh*
#TeamAnti-Glee
There are so many others, the post could go on forever, COMMUNITY, OUTSOURCED, those are my favorite comedies now…. Heheheheh. My special talent is watching TV forever! lol

Willow again!!!
OMG!!! Willow is like my little thing right now, I am totally digging the way she WHIPS her style.….
This is soooooooooo killing! The video wasn’t exactly as I predicted but rather way more than my expectations, I was stunned! It’s been just Monday but it has several views and downloads already. I love the color vibes in the video, it reminds us she’s just 9 going on 10 and still coloring in elementary school perhaps, lol.
Her outfits are FABOSH!!! ). One thing I’ve noticed about her style of dressing; total complexity is seen but the stylists blend it with simple purses, bracelets, glasses just so to maintain the trending ‘fashion’ among most preteens. It completes her style with a touch of originality.
Owh mehn, those boots! Let’s not go there, they’re totally WHIPPING! Visit her website www.willowsmith.com for more info.

Happy New Month
This post should have been before the Designers Names post. Sorry! Ok yay, its a new month, OCTOBER, i got two important people in my life who are October born, Prince and Ed. I thank God for their lives, and yours too. I strongly believe this month is gonna be a prayer answering month, and so i have faith God is gonna make our dreams come through LIVE. Have faith in God, God is love. HAPPI NUU MONTH!
Did You Know?
How To Pronounce Designers’ Names
So I was going through The Lo Down site, one of my favorites and I came across this. At the sight of the topic i was like "really?" Is it necessary? Cause I spell and pronounce most of the designers’ names correctly… but since I read anything that’s posted on that site, I decided to read anyways…. THEN, I was like woh! I thought I knew better, gees! You really need to read this too dear LiveDreamMakers, so I thought I could share.
Uncomfortable in her surroundings and her own wardrobe, Andy answers the phone, addresses that her boss is busy at the moment, and finally requests, “Can you please spell ‘Gabbana’?” The phone dies, an accordion-style pad of sticky notes unfurls across her desk, and her shoulders slump under the itchy wool of her cerulean cable sweater.
This moment from The Devil Wears Prada spotlights fashion’s esotericism. Who even cares if you forget a couple “b’s” in Dolce & Gabbana? Who cares if this button stays open, or that buckle stays tight? So what if these shoes are black, and those ones are brown, and my belt is held together with Elmer’s glue and a safety pin? The real question is, will anyone notice if my fly is open?
The fashion industry is a detail-oriented machine, based on minute nuances that drive the enterprise. While I won’t pretend I know the difference from, say, the influence of 1970s fashion on Marc Jacob’s spring line or the structured/loose juxtaposition by Rag & Bone, I do love the power of language. As such, I thought I would spotlight an article BBC ran recently about the correct pronunciations of prominent fashion designers’ names. God knows we don’t want to spell “Gabbana” wrong, let alone pronounce it incorrectly.
Miu Miu - under the Prada fashion house, is pronounced MYOO-myoo (-my as in music, -oo as in boot)
Ermenegildo Zegna - of Italian fashion fame, is pronounced air-men-uh-JIL-doh ZEN-yuh (-air as in hair, -j as in Jack, -y as in yes)
Christian Lacroix - of Paris, is pronounced kreest-YAA(NG) laa-KRWAA (-aa(ng) as in French blanc, -aa as in father)
Yohji Yamamoto - a Japanese trendsetter, is pronounced YOH-ji yam-uh-MOH-toh (-oh as in no, -j as in Jack, -established anglicisation)
Louis Vuitton - I can’t spell OR say this one without some guidance, and all this time, I’ve been looking towards profligate rappers to navigate a proper pronunciation, but even they were wrong! According to the BBC, the ubiquitous French company is “sometimes anglicised as LOO-i VWEE-ton by some native English speakers,” but, by the company’s demand, should be, LWEE vwee-TO(NG) (-w as in wet, -o(ng) as in French bon).
And finally, the one pronunciational controversy that has provoked fist fights among friends during Macy’s Thanksgiving Sale,
Ralph Lauren - the American designer with both male and female first names, is pronounced RALF LORR-uhn (-orr as in sorry).
You see what I mean? I thought a few other designers’ names should have been added though, Louboutin, Givenchy, yves saint Laurent, hermes, even Burberry? Is it bur-BERRY or bur-bur-ry? This is like language class all over again….mehnnn.

Bloody and the Upper East Side!
So my top favorite shows are back on air. The Upper East siders, Gossip Girl season 4 and the Bloddy Mystic Fallers; The Vampire Diaries season 2. I'm all squeaky and thrilled.
The first three episodes of Gossip Girl so far are killing. Serena back to columbia, goood news.
And omg, can you guys believe I've not seen anything Glee? As in NOT at all.. Its not like i hate it or anything, I'm yet to get the DVD of season 1, even Voldemort beat me to it. One thing i know is even Samantha Ronson hasn't watched glee too, just that she doesn't plan on watching though.
Sorry, the images are taking forever to load. I'll edit this post later.
A New Thing
Ok yea, the new thing is, soon there’s gonna be a series post (dunno if that’s exactly what I should call it) which I shall title “MeDay!” The name is weird, I know! God is love, thaaaaaaaaank youuuuuu! :)

The World's Most Famous Paintings.
Hello LiveDreamMakers! Ok, this may be my last post for the week unless something interesting happens or comes across my mind over the weekend, I won't forget to blog!
I have grown to develop love for art I’m surprised at myself. I really want a portrait of myself; Egyptian art is also some sort of art that is blowing off my mind right now, not to talk of cave arts(the earliest type of art found), gosh! I love paintings, especially prehistoric and ancient paintings. The modern type of “painting” or should say (spray painting??) is what I see as graffiti, the ability to mix up colors and get all those “very eye catching” still images are awesome. Imagine blending a room of graffiti (all the neon colors) with paintings? If you guys can imagine what I’m imagining, you must be feeling the vibes I’m feeling too, lol. That would definitely be awesome.
Anyways, below are the world’s most famous paintings and I arranged them on random basis.
The Italian Leonardo painted the portrait Mona Lisa from 1503-1506.
The delicately atmospheric haze, light and shadow contrasts created are just killing! Its super dope!
It was painted in 1930 and it depicts a farmer and his grown daughter in a style influenced by the 15th-centuary Flemish portraits.
I love the artistic mind behind this painting, though whenever I look at the farmer, it puts a silly smile on my face.
French romantic painter Eugène Delacroix was inspired to paint Liberty Leading the People after the Revolution of 1830, when Parisians took up arms in hope of restoring the republic created after the French Revolution of 1789 to 1799.
Painted in 1931, the Spanish painter referred to his work as “hand-painted dream photographs”. The strange form in this painting’s foreground is based on an image from Hieronymus Bosch’s The Garden of Earthly Delights (about 1505-1510).
However, I find it really really obsessive, it’s a kind of painting you would like to take a second look at. I see it as a paranormal art and that makes it sleek and unique. Its among my favorite paintings.
According to the book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, God created Adam, the first man, in his own image from dust. In this fresco from the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, Italian Renaissance artist Michelangelo depicted God in human form, giving Adam the breath of life.
From Norway, it was painted in 1893.
This is also one of my favorites. I see this painting as the perfect scream, the violent colors used, the sinuous forms, the screaming subject, I mean everything seems perfect in this portrait. It is a dope painting with a perfect environment. However, I would have loved it more had the other seen people acted as if the scream was having an effect on them. Owh well!
The Starry Night (1889), one of Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh's best-known paintings, illustrates the artist's vivid, expressive style. Thick, swirling brushstrokes and contrasting colors charge the work with emotional intensity. Van Gogh transformed the setting of a quiet village at night into a dazzling portrait of the inherent power of the natural world.
Campbell’s Soup Can (1962) by American pop artist Andy Warhol is one of a number of virtually identical paintings done by the artist in the early 1960s. The cartoonlike image, flat and simplified, is characteristic of pop art. Warhol selected his subject matter from amongst images already present in popular culture or advertising, thereby keeping his work intentionally impersonal.
